As we ready our game tutorial for the end of the week, I have been continuing to work on new assets and fixing former ones for the game.
Geometry-
While working on a pixelated game, the resolution is very important in asset making. This week I made a new version of our main character animation in Which he is not wearing the samurai armor. For this, I needed to make sure that the character was the exact same resolution as the first character and have the animation look the same.
Numbers-
Thus week while making assets, I also needed to pay attention to the ratio and size of the character compared to the size of the furniture that I was creating. The environmental assets are at a different resolution that the character so I needed to size down the character to have a good reference point for size while I was creating assets.
